For the first time in 5 months, we’ve had some rain…no wait, we’ve had a lot of rain!  At least 1/2 inch in some places.  The radar doesn’t lie!

Some of you may laugh, 1/2 inch, that’s child’s play.  But in SoCal in September, this is unheard of!  The culprit?  The remnants of a hurricane down off of Baja is pumping moisture up the coast.  The rain and thunderstorms, yes thunderstorms, were "training" up the coast all night last night and today.

Cool!

Sarah is giddy with excitement!  She loves it.  I have to admit, it is pretty exciting.  Everyone is pretty amazed.

Okay, all you friends and family in the South, stop laughing.  Yes, it is a big deal!
