Dubai Ports Deal: Rich Karlgaard Posts a Summary of Opinion

Rich Karlgaard posts a summary of analyses of the Dubai Ports World deal.  I’ve been trying to stay away from politics on this blog (Mardi’s request), but the heated opinions on this deal seem to have an underlying smell of dubious intentions.  If the LA Times actually says something right, then there really has to be some issues yet to be discussed.
