Saw this website over at Lifehacker.com.

BillShrink promises to find the best cell phone plan in your area based on your usage habits and statistics.  That’s very promising. 

I tried to use it’s import feature but couldn’t get it to work.  The import feature supposedly can import your usage statistics directly from your current carrier, analyze it and then give you the best options for your habits.  Instead, it just caused AT&T to lock out web access to our account thinking it was being hacked.  Nice.

Anyway, the concept is interesting.  Let me know if you can get it to work for you.
